Work Ethic- Leadership

Leadership means the state or position of being a leader.   I feel leadership is important because if you have no one to lead you in a work place or at school, then some of us would be lost. I do need leadership in my life, from my instructors,and family. I need to work on this ethic, because i wouold like to lead others instead of me having to have a leader.

    There is NOTHING wrong with being a follower. So long as you are not following the "wrong" crowd. Not everyone is meant to be a leader. But, if it is something you want to work on, THEN DO IT!

    I agree, there is nothing wrong with being a follower. You just have to pick a positive group to follow. I myself try not to follow, but as we all now, sometimes we do follow. Leadership is very important especially in business. Company's want a leader and good people to follow exactly what the leaders do.

    I agree a 100% with what you are saying. As the others have said it is nothing wrong with being a follower as long as you are following the right crowd, but there is nothing wrong with being your own person.
