Work Ethic- Self-Esteem

 Self Esteem means a confidence and satisfaction in oneself . It is very important to have self-esteem in yourself. I always need improvement in this area. I think if you have good self-esteem in yourself you will become and can be anything you would like to be. In the work field having self-esteem will help in your work performance. So i say to myself and anyone else, keep your head up and always believe in yourself.

Work Ethic -Productivity

The meaning of productivity is being productive. The importance of productivity in scool or in the work field, is that the more productive you are the more you will get achieve. I have to have productivity in my scholing because it helps me to do things in a timely manner. I also teach my kids to be productive in school as well. I will work on this area because i can always be more productive in my daily life.

Work Ethic # 9 Character

 Character means the combination of qualities or features that distinguishes one person, group, or thing from another. My definition of character is the way you carry yourself in everyday life.  Your character is what makes you apart of who you are.  There is always room for improvement in all work ethics, so i will continue to work on it.

Social Media Behavior Lawsuits

There is no doubt that social media is the biggest thing to hit since the television. However it has opened deep legal issues for people. People file lawsuits against companies for breach of privacy, also for a divorce the social media sites such as blogger and facebook is used often in a divorce. You can end up in court for as little as posting a picture without permission to use the rights. People go to jail for posting things on these sites, such as wanting to harm to someone else, bullying is a big lawsuit. Teenagers have committed sucide over post on facebook. To sum this up be very careful what you post on these social sites, the police can retrieve these post to use against someone that is being hateful to someone else. If your going to use these sites be respectful, and kind to who your posting to or what your posting about someone.

Work Ethic # 7 Respect

 The meaning of respect is to  consider worthy of esteem; to regard with honor.  Respect id very important in life. If you dont have respect for others, and yourself .  This work ethic will always be something that everyone should work on in their daily lives. To have respect for someone means you will have respect for yourself as well.

Work Ethic- Leadership

Leadership means the state or position of being a leader.   I feel leadership is important because if you have no one to lead you in a work place or at school, then some of us would be lost. I do need leadership in my life, from my instructors,and family. I need to work on this ethic, because i wouold like to lead others instead of me having to have a leader.                

Work Ethics - Appearance

Appearance means the way someone or something looks.   The importance of appearance should be important to everyone, the way you carry yourself will go along way with a job. I feel as if i really dont need to work on this ethic, because i feel my appearance is kept up very well. I do always look nice so that if i run into someone who may want to consider me for a job, they wil see how i carry myself.
